The proposed design, across its 4-5 floors of 9000-12000 sq.ft. each, primarily houses the Mailpac Group and Hertz on the ground floor, in addition to a double volume space for Express Fitness with a mezzanine floor for weight-training on its uppermost floors. The design also incorporates a rooftop space for private entertainment, venue rentals and overflow lounge area, while the remaining spaces will serve as rentable commercial spaces. Banbou Cove
GW Architects blends luxurious modernity with the natural beauty of Ocho Rios. The project integrates villas and condos, offering high-end, resort-style living. The design focuses on harmonizing the development with the surrounding tropical environment, creating a serene and visually stunning living space that maximizes views of the ocean and lush greenery. Our approach emphasizes comfort and elegance, providing residents with a blend of private, tranquil spaces and resort-level amenities. The Canta-Yaad
Recognizing the enduring stigma of violence and crime within Canterbury, our vision for the Community Center is to transform it into the heart of the local community. Our design aims to foster a strong sense of belonging and well-being among residents. It will serve as a platform to empower youth and young adults, offering them opportunities to cultivate a brighter future for Canterbury, ultimately promoting a safer and more prosperous living environment. "I’m very happy with the proposal, it encompasses the key programs that were prioritised during the workshops: Public space, Community Center, Sustainability, Focus on safety and Buildable...." - Anna Wahlén, Architect and Urban Planner, Participatory Slum Upgrading Programme, United Nations Human Settlements Programme. 2nd Place
